We are pleased to announce a significant upgrade to our invoicing and payment infrastructure.
Evallo is transitioning from our current payment facilitator, Payrix (Worldpay), to Stripe, the world-leading platform for online commerce. This change is an integral step toward providing our tutoring and consulting businesses with the most flexible, transparent, and globally capable payment tools available.
To ensure a seamless transition and to begin processing new payments, all merchants must connect their Stripe account with Evallo.
Please navigate to Account Settings > Invoicing > Integrations tab.
You will be prompted to either Connect your existing Stripe account or Create a new one and link it to your Evallo admin account.

As we move to this new system, please be aware of the process for past invoices processed through our former provider, Payrix (Worldpay):
Merchants will not be able to process refunds for old invoices (generated via Payrix) directly within the Evallo system.
Should you require a refund for a Payrix-processed invoice, you must contact our support team directly at support@evallo.ai.
As an alternative to a refund, you still have the option to issue a credit to the family's balance in Evallo.
