The discount lasts as long as you're actively participating in the Insiders Program. That means submitting feedback consistently (typically once a month via a short form) and remaining engaged with the product.
We don't expect perfection—but the program is designed for long-term collaboration. If you're no longer able to participate, we may remove the discount at the end of your current billing cycle.

We understand things come up. Missing an occasional form is totally fine. However, this is a mutual commitment. If we notice ongoing inactivity—such as no form submissions for multiple months or no product usage—we may assume you're no longer interested and withdraw Insider privileges.
We'll usually reach out with a reminder first before taking any action.

Not at all. You can qualify even if you only use one Evallo product (like Prepwork or Calendar). In fact, some of our most valuable feedback comes from users who go deep on one tool.
That said, if you end up using multiple products, your feedback across those tools will be even more appreciated.

No. We’ve accepted solo tutors, 5-person operations, and 50+ person businesses into the program.
What matters most is the quality of feedback and your willingness to participate, not your size.
Larger teams may be asked to designate a primary point of contact to streamline communication.

No. The program is limited to one company per application.
If you run multiple tutoring or education-related businesses, you'll need to apply separately for each, and each will be evaluated independently.

Absolutely. Many of our Insiders discovered Evallo through the program itself. If you're exploring the platform for the first time, this can be a great way to get support, training, and discounted access—while also shaping what we build for newer users like you.
We just ask that you genuinely commit to using the product and sharing thoughtful feedback once you do.

We're not looking for long reports or perfect answers—just real, honest feedback.
You’ll receive a structured form every month with questions like:
• What worked well for your team this month
• What felt clunky or confusing?
• Which feature did you ignore completely (and why)?
• What’s something you wish existed on the platform?
We may occasionally follow up with a call or prototype review for new features—always respectful of your time.

You can opt out at any time—no questions asked.
If you leave, your Insider benefits (including the discount) will expire at the end of your current billing cycle. You’ll be given the option to switch to standard pricing if you’d like to continue using Evallo.
You’ll also stop receiving Insider surveys and early product updates.

After submitting your application, we’ll review your answers within a few days.
If accepted, you’ll receive a welcome email with:

If we’re not able to approve your application right now, we’ll keep your info on file and may reach out again in the future.

The Insiders Program isn’t a marketing gimmick. It’s a core part of how we build Evallo. That said, we do run it in cohorts—only a small number of new Insiders are added at a time. This helps us stay responsive and keep things personal.
We expect the program to evolve, but not disappear. Early participants will always have priority status moving forward.
