
Integrating Zoom as an Admin:
Step 1: Login to your account
Login to your Evallo account as an administrator.
Step 2: Hover over your profile dropdown
On the top right corner, you will find the profile image for accessing dropdown options, including account settings.
Step 3: Click on "Settings"
This will take you to your account settings.
Step 4: Go to your Calendar Settings from the sidebar
Click on the "Calendar" button on the left sidebar. Here, you will see three tabs.
Step 5: Click on "Integrations"
In this tab, you will see the option to integrate Zoom.
Step 6: Click on "Connect" button under the card for Zoom
This will open up a new window to ask for permissions and login to your Zoom account.
Step 7: Give permissions / access
Allow Evallo to access the appropriate permissions to integrate Zoom with your account.
That's it - you will now have access to Zoom on Evallo! This will allow you to create Zoom links directly for your calendar events!
Integrating Zoom as a Tutor:
Step 1: Login to your account
Login to your Evallo account as a tutor.
Step 2: Go to your Calendar
Click on the "Calendar" button on the nav bar.
Step 3: Click on "Integrations" on the sidebar
In this screen, you will see the option to integrate Zoom.
Step 4: Click on "Connect" button under the card for Zoom
This will open up a new window to ask for permissions and login to your Zoom account.
Step 5: Give permissions / access
Allow Evallo to access the appropriate permissions to integrate Zoom with your account.
That's it - you will now have access to Zoom on Evallo! This will allow you to create Zoom links directly for your calendar events!
Disconnecting your Zoom account:
To disconnect your Zoom account, simply go to your integrations (using the steps mentioned above) and click on "Disconnect" under the Zoom card. This will disconnect Zoom integration.
