Evallo’s Calendar provides every user with personalized access, ensuring that administrators, tutors, students, and parents can efficiently manage their schedules. Here’s a simple guide to accessing the Calendar based on your role.
Who Can Access the Calendar?
Every user role in Evallo has access to the Calendar:
Administrators: See all user calendars based on filters (e.g., by tutor, student, or event type).
Tutors: Can view and manage their own Calendar only.
Parents: Access their personal Calendar and view the schedules of all associated students.
Students: Can see their own Calendar, detailing their upcoming sessions and events.

Navigating the Calendar

Once you’ve accessed the Calendar, here’s what you can expect:
Default View: If you accessed the Calendar via the app drawer, you’ll land on the weekly view by default.
Sidebar Filters (Administrators Only): Use filters to toggle between user calendars or event types.
Event Types: Depending on your role and plan, you can manage sessions, consultations, internal meetings, and more.
Troubleshooting Access Issues
If you encounter any issues accessing the Calendar:
Ensure you’re logging in with the correct role.
